How to Issue a Power of Attorney
When you decide to issue a power of attorney to a lawyer, you should go to a notary and declare this request and have the following with you:
The Republic of Turkey Identification numbers of the lawyer or lawyers to whom you will issue a power of attorney
Identity card or passport,
If you are giving a power of attorney for a divorce case, two photos.
