OUR EXPLANATIONS :

1-) Our client’s uncle … is registered in the population … and …, …/… /… passed away on the date.

2-) Although the defendant … … has received a certificate of inheritance as if he is the heir of murisin … … there is no relationship between the defendant and the deceased as mentioned in the certificate of inheritance.
