What Does It Mean To File A Lawsuit In Criminal Law

In criminal courts, the case is opened by issuing an indictment by the Public prosecutor’s offices. In cases filed by indictment in criminal courts, the public prosecutor who opened the case collects evidence that a person has committed a crime at the end of the claim. The criminal courts make judgments on whether this person committed this crime or not.

In criminal courts, any person cannot file a lawsuit on his own.
